SENSO COMUM – a vague memory of a show continues the path that Terceira Pessoa and Óscar Silva began in 2016 with The Old Image of Being Loved.
“Through images we enter into a dialog with the unspeakable” Ana Hatherly
“Poets see, and announce, the immaterial geography to come” Maria Gabriela Llansol
Common Sense – a vague memory of a show is a performative event that results from the conflict between reading and writing the show itself.
This work moves in a zone of radicalization of textocentrism, leading the spectator to have nothing but the words in front of them. It is from this rawness that doors and windows are opened to poetics that are built live and molded to the spectator, plunging them into a fiction that, seen from afar, is common to the entire audience. Unlike the fixed nature of the poem, this text evaporates over time, becoming a phenomenon. What remains is the memory that the text leaves us… the memory of the show.
